Our client is a growing organization active in the food sector, headquartered near Mechelen.
YOUR ROLE
As Freelance Talent Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies aligning with business goals and the latest legal requirements. Specifically, you will:
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes, ensuring they align with the company’s culture and legal standards.
- Advise management on talent management, organizational development, and change processes.
- Lead job design initiatives, crafting clear and effective role descriptions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Design and oversee programs for learning & development, leadership development, and performance management.
- Focus on improving employee satisfaction, driving cultural change, and promoting diversity, well-being, and sustainable employability.
- Guide change management efforts, providing support to department managers with their HR challenges and helping them navigate transformation.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have a solid background in Talent Management.
- You have experience working with both blue-collar and white-collar populations.
- You are skilled in developing and executing HR policies, processes, and job design.
- You possess strong communication skills and excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- You are pragmatic and hands-on, able to translate strategies into practical actions.
- You are a Dutch speaker and fluent in both French and English.
