YOUR ROLE
You support HR and payroll in administration.
You handle all incoming employee questions concerning maternity leave, working hours, compensation, etc.
You handle onboarding and offboarding where you give the employee all explanations about HR documents, legislation, etc.
You support all levels of the organization.
You guide employees through the different channels of information.
YOUR PROFILE
You have relevant experience in an HR administration function.
You are supportive and have a warm and welcoming appearance.
You have knowledge of social law to respond to the questions from employees.
You are fluent in Dutch, and good knowledge of French, and English.
