Freelance HR Analyst (ref: 24091)

ORGANIZATION

Our client is an international organization active in the industrial sector.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and implement HR policies and processes, ensuring they align with the company’s culture and legal standards.
• Oversee headcount and labor cost budgeting, monthly HR reports, and budget variance analysis.
• Consolidate and analyze personnel data across regions; collaborate with payroll, HR leaders, and finance for accurate forecasting and allocations.
• Manage HR budgeting and reporting and act as the go-to expert for all personnel expense matters.
• Develop and enhance HR dashboards and planning tools by forecasting scenarios for headcount and labor costs.
• Serve as the primary contact for audits and lead process improvements in HR and controlling operations.

• You have a passion for HR data, paired with strong analytical skills.
• You have strong communication skills and communicate easily with stakeholders.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting (e.g., PowerBI) is a must.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French.
